In September 2017, James Bell was one of three attorneys who made national and local news when he represented plaintiffs who won a multi-billion verdict against JPMorgan Chase & Co.  Among the charges was that the bank was in breach of fiduciary duty pertaining to handling the estate of a widow and the two children from a previous marriage.
